V Hari sir...💓                                                                                 On 31 October 2022,    A capacity building programmes was held at MTTC in the college auditorium. The class was organized in the afternoon section from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm this program is included in our B.Ed. curriculum and was organized under the guidance of Dr. Ancy ma'am. The class was taken by Mr. G. V Hari Sir, and it was a beautiful class and with in a short period of time, a lot of information and experience were shared by him. It was basically and interactive section and also the main of the class was to know about how a teacher should deal with a group of students and also to increase our own strengthens and capabilities. This posture provides a deep stretch for the quadriceps and the tops of the feet, and is believed to assist in digestion. Vajrasana can be used as a transitional or resting pose between other asana, and it is often used as a posture for meditation.   Savasana, or shavasana is the Sanskrit name for an important restorative asana. It is a key component of asana practice in almost every yoga tradition, and is most commonly used at the end of a sequence as a means of relaxation and integration. Some schools also use it

                                                                           നിൽക്കുന്നത് ചെളിയിലാണെങ്കിലും, താമരയുടെ സൗന്ദര്യത്തിന് മങ്ങലൊന്നുമില്ല. കറുത്ത പാടുകൾ, ചന്ദ്രന് മിഴിവ് നൽകുന്നു. നാവിനു എത്രയോ തവണ പല്ലുകളുടെ കടിയേൽക്കുന്നു. എന്നിട്ടും അവ ഒന്നിച്ചാണ്. അതാണ് വിട്ടുവീഴ്ച. കണ്ണുകൾ പരസ്പരം കാണുന്നില്ല. എന്നിട്ടും അവ കാഴ്ചകൾ കാണുന്നത് ഒന്നിച്ചാണ്. അതാണ്‌ ഒരുമ. ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് നമ്മളാരും ഒന്നുമല്ലായെന്ന തിരിച്ചറിവ് ഉണ്ടായാൽ, കാര്യങ്ങൾ എളുപ്പമാകും. മൂർച്ചയേറിയതായാലും, ബ്ലേഡ് കൊണ്ട്, വലിയ മരം മുറിക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല, മഴുകൊണ്ട്, താടിരോമം വടിക്കുവാനും കഴിയില്ല. ഓരോരുത്തരും പ്രധാന്യമുള്ളവരാണ്. ആരെയും വിലകുറച്ചു കാണുവാൻ നമുക്ക് അവകാശമില്ല. മറ്റുള്ളവരെ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുവാനും, ചില അവസരങ്ങളിലെങ്കിലും മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ കുറവുകൾ കണ്ടില്ലെന്ന് നടിക്കുവാനും നമുക്ക് കഴിയണം...........😍
